What a hidden gem this place is! I have always been greated warmly by him and his staff when I have taken my mother in to purchase a piece or have something serviced for her. I recently had an on going issue with a piece of jewelry my husband purchased at a big box jewelry store. Long story short, the big box store didn't want to honor my warranty. (I took it in every 6 months to have it checked & cleaned) My mother recommended taking it to Bill. I am ecstatic with the professional repair he did on my ring. You can't even tell it was repaired. He was quick to finish & get it back to me. I am beyond pleased with the results and look forward to doing business again! Thanks again!

When you go to the gold mine you will be taken care of! Lynn is always exceptionally sweet, & a very knowledgeable & helpful gemologist. Danny is always willing to research endlessly to find a solution to any jewelry related issue; including but not limited to reconstruction or finding a match to one of the earring I haven’t lost yet. Tim has a warm & generous heart & works very hard to fix or repair any problem; including but not limited to broken necklaces or warped rings from catching baseballs. The leader of this group; Bill has always been magnanimous with his business, community, & events; however, I have a suspicion that his wonderful wife Angie is the empowerment behind it all. If you want full VIP service you can trust; make the goldmine your jewelry store of choice. I did!
